I don't write a lot of company reviews, but in the case of the Boston MA Transportation Company based in Newton, I am compelled to write this review as a warning to others. I have been using this company's paratransit service on behalf of my disabled mother for about a year now. Their prices are expensive, but are in line with their competitors,' for the most part. Boston Mass Transportation was well priced. The customer service was top notch. Knowledgeable and courteous drivers. They were on time, efficient and reliable. Clean vehicles — absolute pleasure.
