Zero stars. None. We booked a 32 passenger bus for my wedding and I communicated what seems like 100 times with Dev about the expectations for trips and timing. We were supposed to depart the hotel at 3:30pm. After multiple calls for an update, being told it’s 5 minutes away, then 3 minutes, the bus didn’t arrive at the hotel until 3:55.
