I recently purchased a full house full of furniture for a new home first I want to say that the sales people at the Bedford New Hampshire store couldn’t have been more professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Most of the furniture I received is good quality. However, I purchased a dining set that when it was delivered and inspected was in good condition. Be very careful when buying furniture with this company. They promise delivery dates that are not realistic. They give lots of excuses and take no accountability for their promises on your delivery. Its a shame they take advantage of customer like this!

Renting an apartment, we wanted nice furniture but did not want to break the bank no knowing if what we purchased would fit in our next rental. So we purchased a couch and love seat from Boston Interiors almost 8 years ago at a really good price and it still looks great. We recently decided to replace just the inserts for the cushions to get many more years from these and I cannot stress how excellent the service has been. I would not recommend Boston interiors, they do not have visibility into their own supply chain, over-commit on delivery dates and miss significantly. You will read lots of reviews of how helpful the staff is in the store, and all of that is true. But they, when it comes time to actually have delivery vs what is in the store, is an entirely different experience. We are now post 4 months from when we purchased 2 leather chairs and cannot get a straight answer as to when they will arrive.

We ordered a new dining table from Boston Interiors. It came and we were very pleased with it. My wife put a potted plant on it as a center piece. Less than a week later she moved it to clean the table and noticed a stain. She tried to clean it but it stained the varnish somehow. A potted plant shouldn't stain a table. We called and were told because we didn't buy the protection plan we would need to pay $200 for a service to come and see if they could fix the stain. The table is less than two weeks old!!!
