I injured my right shoulder and reached out to stephanie. Her knowledge of my injury and path to recovery exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend her and her staff.
I was in need of last minute PT from an acute low back injury, and Dr. Stefanie was able to get me in within hours and treat me herself. She gave me all the things I was looking for and made sure I felt great by the time I left! They have al the tools and resources you need for pain relief! Dr. Stefanie is AWESOME!!!
I could not recommend this place enough! As a first time mom, I went there for pelvic floor rehab but also got helped with diastasis recti and hips tightness. Elyse has been amazing! The words 'Health and Wellness' take on their full meaning!
