Unprofessional
Got my 2020 like-new Cadillac Escalade shipped from Boston to LA. The driver was terrible about timing (came 5 days late and constantly would call and say a time to pick up the car and then change his mind two hours later). When he finally picked it up, it was a very quick trip to LA, which was the one positive. Upon arrival the driver tried to take $100 extra dollars, which I refused. Boston Car Transport is my company of choice when it comes to shipping any of my cars. I have already completed three successful shipments with these guys and there is really nothing to complain about. Their representatives' were very friendly and helpful as well as the driver Tom who just delivered 2 of my cars over to my grandson stationed in Fort Lauderdale. Excellent deal working with these guys. For sure, I couldn't ask for better than that!
John guided me through the whole process, I thought transporting my car was going to be a headache but Boston Car Transport took care of me.
