We purchased tickets for 8 last weekend for a tour that was to take place at 1pm, meeting in Faneuil Hall. After we purchased the tickets and were trying to find Faneuil Hall, we tried contacting them by phone numerous times and there was no answer. We left several messages indicating that we were lost and were afraid we were going to miss the tour because we didn't know where to go.
