Product is good but salesman are salesman. Got an "oops, oh no, how did that happen" when the Product we got wasn't as expected. But we should be appreciative because "we got a good deal". Nothing you can say will convince me he didn't know he was giving us the wrong Product up front. So ya, this time, the salesman fit the stereotype. Be smart about what you want/need before you shop here.
Would NEVER purchase anything from here again. Have had problems with Flexsteel sofa & loveseat since delivery. Both Flexsteel & FAM say the other party is responsible yet nothing is done to resolve issues.
Great sale. Lots of people there. Staff did an amazing job of servicing great given the volume. The man that helped my wife and I was a sales orvwarehouse manager who came up from Muskegon...just great. Said he liked working with people, loved coming up to the sale to help. Came in for 1 mattress, bought 2 and a power base. Had some impatient people in the line outside for pickup...staff did a great job of keeping calm and keeping it fair. Great job!
