We bought all new appliances from Furniture and Appliance a few years ago and bought the extended warranty. When our refrigerator quit the manufacturers warranty had runout so we called Furniture and Appliance and they said it didn’t have a extended warranty This week our dryer quit so I called them again said it wasn’t covered so I told them I would never buy from them again.
I love the furniture, it's very beautiful. 😁
Product is good but salesman are salesman. Got an "oops, oh no, how did that happen" when the Product we got wasn't as expected. But we should be appreciative because "we got a good deal". Nothing you can say will convince me he didn't know he was giving us the wrong Product up front. So ya, this time, the salesman fit the stereotype. Be smart about what you want/need before you shop here.
