I carried my 88-year old mother to Bostic Sugg to purchase a swivel rocker recliner, as she had a stress fracture and needed a remote-controlled recliner. I tried to buy several items from Bostic Sugg. They have pitiful customer service and will ignore you if you try to get the answers to questions. They kept my recliner in the store a week and refused to bring it to my house. The sales lady who sold it to me would not call me back after she got my money. When they got to my house the delivery man refused to set my old chair just outside the door in the carport. I've been a Bostic Sugg Furniture shopper many times over the years from my just-out-of college first living room purchase to my most recent purchase today. The customer experience was so extraordinary today I wanted to rave on them a minute. I have bought several pieces of furniture at Bostic Sugg over the years. I now need to replace a sleeper sofa. I went in and was met by a sales associate. She could answer none of my questions and didn't really seem interested in making a sale. Guess they aren't working on commission.
