I carried my 88-year old mother to Bostic Sugg to purchase a swivel rocker recliner, as she had a stress fracture and needed a remote-controlled recliner. The salesperson was very helpful in getting our order for us, as there was not one available in the store in the color my mother wanted.. This was on May 19, 2023. I tried to buy several items from Bostic Sugg. They have pitiful customer service and will ignore you if you try to get the answers to questions. They kept my recliner in the store a week and refused to bring it to my house. The sales lady who sold it to me would not call me back after she got my money. When they got to my house the delivery man refused to set my old chair just outside the door in the carport. I went into Boston Sugg on July 25 after having a bad experience at another shop. I’m new to Greenville and was looking for a store that sold nice furniture and had knowledgeable sales associates. I specifically asked because of my bad experience prior how long it would take for furniture to come in since we are experiencing COVID-19. The woman said 4-6 weeks but could be a little longer.
