The receptionist is rude and completely clueless. I unfortunately dealt with this firm for a complaint I had put in against another lawyer. The process was much more painful than dealing with the actual lawyer I put the complaint in about. Regardless, when it was over, not only did they email me the conclusion with all the documents, but they felt it was necessary to put together a 3 inch binder with all the information and mail it to me.
