The receptionist is rude and completely clueless. I unfortunately dealt with this firm for a complaint I had put in against another lawyer. The process was much more painful than dealing with the actual lawyer I put the complaint in about. Regardless, when it was over, not only did they email me the conclusion with all the documents, but they felt it was necessary to put together a 3 inch binder with all the information and mail it to me. Terrible service on the front line! Past client of the retired Bossé and recently contacted for a general inquiry (nothing complicated) and whoever answered the phone was extremely rude, instantly said she couldn't help me, offered absolute zero assistance, no alternatives, no empathy, and simply couldn't wait to get off the phone with me. The instant I said, "well it seems like you can't help?" She said "OK BYE" and hung up. Just terrible.
