I came in looking for a rear brake caliper for my 2006 Ford Ranger. These days, it’s hard to find someone who really listens to what you need. The nice young redhead behind the counter was very helpful and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Turns out, what I really needed was a bag of Temptations for my Bombay boy. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with at Bosley’s. As a first-time customer who just adopted two puppies, I came in excited to shop and set up a personal account—but instead, I was treated with complete disrespect.
