I can’t recommend Marina at Bosetti Art Tile & Pottery highly enough. This is the second time I’ve worked with her on a large project - I had previously commissioned a large framed mirror - and when we moved into our new home, I immediately knew I wanted her to create something special for our kitchen. My husband and I were gifted this class for his birthday… and it was awesome. The class was private - just for us 2. As other reviewers have mentioned, Maria gave each of us a flat slab of clay, which we were shown how to cut and design into various plates and/or shallow bowls for all sorts of purposes. My wife and I had a fun time at Marina Bosetti's private pottery class. At the start of the three hour session, Marina provided us each with a slab of clay, and then provided us with tools and the instructions to use them. Our activity was to create our own designs and turn them into a variety of plates that Marina would then fire and glaze.
