Bose has refused for over two months now to issue a refund on a return. I returned the item and it has been radio silence from Bose. I have contacted customer service 3 times now who stated ‘it’s in the process, contact us next week.’ Each time I contacted them was two weeks apart. I’m done dealing with them. Don’t buy Bose!
This isn’t a store -it’s essentially a booth in the back of Nebraska furniture mart a complete waste of my time
