Since Christmas I have been without one of my hearing aids. It has been a 4-month nightmare. Early in December, one of my Phonak hearing aids was sent to the factory for repair. When it was returned, I paid the $325 repair fee. The hearing aid was not repaired at all. I have made several phone calls to the Phone Center Store and also made two personal visits to the Boscov’s Store Manager to get directly involved.
