A couple months ago I neded new tubes and molds for my hearing aids. One was broken and the other was close the breaking. He insisted on only doing the broken one first. I was very clear about the kind of mold and tube I wanted I can be kind of particular. The mold and tube were wrong/different. But since I was desperate to hear out of both ears I accepted it, and he said he would order the right one. After that he blew me off and I was never able to get the correct mold/tubes.
