Chris was extremely nice and patient with my mother. He thoroughly explained everything to her.
Decided to give Boscovs hearing aids a try. They seem very good but the customer service needs work. The representative is very seldom available in our location and not quick to respond to our service needs. They do return our phone calls and apologize for the delay. But that's about it. We still haven't received our part we need and we paid the warranty.Been without hearing aids 3 weeks now.I will be calling again today I do not recommend this company
Very disappointed with this business and the office. The charger stopped working. Had to get it replaced. Hearing aid stopped working, had to send it in for repairs. Finally got it back 6 weeks later. They kept saying if was the fault of their supplier, Signia. Now the 2nd charger isn't charging, and the hearing aid is useless. Sorry we went there.
