I’m giving 5 stars for the business that we have used for years and 0 stars for Bosch. Sadly, this location is now closed for good. It was around for 30+ years. Great service with quick turnaround for repairs. The guys there were very knowledgable and able to troubleshoot all of our repair issues (even miter saw re-alignment!). Keep in mind when purchasing your next tool - there is now NO BOSCH FACTORY SERVICE CENTER in the tri-state area. Hard to imagine this! Bought a battery charger from them that worked for a few weeks and stopped working. I contacted Bosch over a year ago and have not been successful in having a battery charger that I spent over $100 for. Not impressed.

The person I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable about my issue with the hammer drill. He was upfront with me about how busy they were and it would be a few weeks to get to look at it. I said that's fine, and asked if it's worth fixing because of it's age? He said yes definitely worth putting a few hundred dollars into it.
