Very unfortunate to encounter such unprofessionalism from the staff at this law firm. I had high expectations, especially since the attorney Ogor herself is very knowledgeable. However, the constant turnover of staff and new team members coming in without familiarity with the case has been extremely frustrating. My repeated messages and calls often go unanswered, and when I do ask questions about the case, the responses are dismissive or unhelpful. The long delays and lack of communication are disappointing.
