I paid for a skip trace & dmv search. Kept emailing & emailing. They made me miss my court date because they got back to me too late for the person to be served. Then I got another court date & they just never called me back after I called MULTIPLE times. Had to go with someone else. Terrible customer service.

This review should be 10 stars! I cannot express how happy my boyfriend and I are with Borowide! Kelly is very responsive and knowledgeable. I will admit that I was skeptical when she said that the recipients would be served within 48 hours. We were pleasantly surprised that service was completed in much less time. If anyone is looking for a process service company - do yourself a favor - use Borowide. You will not be disappointed.
I requested service for a child support case. The process was smooth until I received an email notifying me that the summons had been served. When I read the affidavit of service, I noticed that then papers had been served to my son and not his mother. I questioned this and was told that it was fine because my son is 20 years old and lives with his mother. I took them at their word, which was a huge mistake.
