I brought my business tax documents to Bornstein in early March and met with Rebecca. Since l didn't hear anything after the tax deadline, l called her and she said she didn't remember. She asked me to send her an email from my email address to jog her memory. I did that, but didn't hear back. Yesterday l sent an urgent email asking for an immediate call back, but heard nothing. I called again this morning and asked for a return call, but got nothing. This place is a joke.
