My initial thoughts were that the receptionist or representative who answered the call was really courteous, responsive & knowledgeable. She attempted to refer me to the right attorney who she thought would give me a referral to another colleague in the area. I was transferred left a message for said attorney twice and never received a call back. I am giving 4 stars to the team and -zero to the attorney that I was referred to.

Jonathan is a honest and kind person. He helped me with my situation and referred me to the right attorney.
We cannot recommend Daniel enough if you are a property owner with tenant questions, particularly on moving into your property or moving tenants out. Call him - best money we spent!! He helped us with 2 negotiations to take control over our property the last 2 years. 10 minutes with him is equivalent to multiple sessions with other lawyers, and he has a deep understanding of the ever-changing tenant regulations in Oakland.
