We contacted this firm four times over the course of three and a half weeks, each time requesting a 15-minute consultation. On every call we were told our request would be marked urgent and that we’d receive a call back the same day or the next. We never received any follow-up. Given that we only had 30 days to respond to a summons, the lack of communication caused unnecessary stress and left us without the timely guidance we urgently needed.
