I've taken a workshop by Kat and was very impressed by her positive attitude and her loving enthusiasm as an instructor. I also had a private session with her and was very amazed at the results after one visit. For those who are interested in starting their journey in energy work and having a strong foundation to begin, Kat's school is definitely the right place to start. A beautiful and nurturing space to gather at, with loving like-minded individuals. <3
Getting lost in Kat's guided meditations are heavenly. She knows her stuff and has wonderful energy! Would recommend!
