I shopped around for a large rug for under our dining table and came across Borhani Rug Company's website. There is a wide range of oriental rugs and I found a beautiful rug that was on sale. I drove to the store and picked it up the same day. The rug gives the dining area a completely new look. Borhani Rug Company's website clearly stated that a rug pad would be free with the purchase of my rug. However, I was told that it would cost an additional $50. I declined. Found this lovely rug company from an ad in the Sun and am so glad I did! What a beautiful selection to choose from, at all price points. Mr Borhani was knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. What a gem!0
They cleaned several rugs and caused damage to each. Color bleeding and discoloration. Also rips and tears that they never took responsibility for. I got appraisals done that did not include the pictures and did not represent insurance replacement costs. Please avoid them for these services at all costs. Very dishonest.
