I had a great customer experience today purchasing some pillows and other home decor items from Borgo Rosati. The owner was very engaging as was Karen who helped me. The quality and uniqueness of their products are excellent and reflect a more custom/brick and mortar approach. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
We have been shopping at Borgo Rosati since we relocated back to the PNW/Bend a few years ago. From the first experience buying furniture and photos to our most recent purchase where Mimmo and the staff helped pull together a stunning kitchen island center piece. We couldn't be happier! I cannot recommend Borgo Risotti. My daughter kindly called to order a vase for me, and they sent the wrong one. When I tried to resolve it, they refused to take accountability or refund my money. Instead of making things right, they made the process even harder — I ended up giving them an additional $25 just to exchange for money they already owed me, and I still never received the correct vase. On top of that, they initially promised me a 20% discount, then revoked it simply because my daughter left an honest Google review... read more
