My car battery had a 3 year warranty and recently died, so I went back to where I bought it; Border Oils and Batteries. I didn't have proof of purchase, and as the battery was manufactured more than 3 years ago, they could not provide a new battery under warranty. They were very patient whilst I unsuccessfully scrolled through my bank account on my phone, looking for proof of purchase.
