Went to rent a vehicle today only to find out I am on the “do not rent list” The reasoning was, I returned a vehicle that was “too dirty”, which is strange because nothing was mentioned at the time of delivery nor did I have the vehicle for more than six hours for a basic oil change to my personal vehicle. That was my final straw. Will definitely never purchase a vehicle from Chrysler again nor will I support this business in anyway what a joke.
