Went in cause the rear derailer wasn’t working on the old bike had it n the shed, said could be a week but rang back in about 3-4 hours all fixed for $ cheap. Rather support these people than 99 bikes down the road. Thanks Heaps
Dazza the owner of this doesn’t sell you any crap and gives you the good oil on what’s going on with these E bikes I’d rate him 10 out of 10 He even got me a new battery under warranty and I didn’t have to fill any paperwork. He did it all for me. Great guy to deal with.
The Border Bikes Team delivers consistently excellent service every time. We bought our first Fatboy Harlem V2 E‑bike and were blown away by the team’s knowledge and the clear, practical E‑bike safety guidance. Darren goes above and beyond — so much that we returned to buy a second bike, the Fatboy Harlem V3. We wouldn’t trust anyone else but Darren and the Border Bikes Team. Highly recommended. Keep up the amazing work!
