Do not put your loved one in this home. They will show you an amazing menu and then serve them horrible food that is mostly pre-made and processed, full of sodium. Air conditioning wasn’t working all summer. They do not have the required safety requirements and advised they do not even have an evacuation plan in case of a fire or other emergency. No shower in your room and short window for meals is a little annoying.
All the rooms are now being re-decorated to a high standard with showers being installed to all rooms. The meal times are 7:30 breakfast, lunch at 11:30 and dinner at 4:30. These are the times that the majority of the residents choose. However, residents are free to choose a different sitting time, Borden Manor is flexible and willing to accommodate individual needs.
