I just sent a long email to Cynthia Clark (manager) asking for lawyer, she dismissed me. In their website they try to show off that they care about their community, provide food for "lawyers feeding hungry" and assisting people in need. None of this is true! They are lying unprofessional people who do anything to get tax credit, and don't assist. With 1000s of lawyers they have, they have the audacity to tell me to ask Law Society to get help! Extremely rude and short with clients.
My experience with BLG has been frustrating. Lawsuits can be stressful for the inexperienced. Information and advise are central to the role a good lawyer plays throughout the process. Now that a statement of claim has been filed my questions about representation, out of court settlement and loss categories remain unanswered after more than two weeks and multiple prompts.
