I’ve been trying to join BOQ for a while for my credit card and everyday banking. They’ve recently made some overhauls to their systems and offers which has sadly meant it’s been difficult to open an account without going into a branch. The customer service call centre was unable to help me, so I came into the Toorak branch to get things sorted.
