The workers are delightful at Redbank Plains and deserve 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ But with Covid 19 going crazy in the community I was surprised they are not protected with a screen and either are we as customers.

Recently my Mother passed away, & as she had her acconts with BoQ, i called into Redbank Plains, & was attended to by Lena. Her professionalism & attention to details is beyond comparison. She led me through all the requirements for setting up Estate accounts & provide a compassionate & empathetic service throughout. I both highly recommend her, as well as the branch. Recently we bought our new home and sold a property and all financial paperwork was handled by Shameek Bagga. Shameek provided exceptional service during the whole process. He was friendly, knowledgeable, a great communicator and on a number of occasions went above and beyond to help us meet deadlines and provide information or documentation.
