I only went in to make a deposit to a friend today at 4pm and met what would be the most rude teller I have encountered in any bank if he is the best they can find there is no future for the BOQ here in Fairfield Victoria
Rude and very unhelpful staff member when I asked to have some coins changed to dollar coins. No need to speak to people in a condescending tone of voice, especially after another staff member had already agreed to help me.
