After banking for 30+ years with an nameless bank operating in Australian and New Zealand and experiencing a recent determined effort by them to drive customers away (business and personal), we selected BOQ Burleigh Heads as our new bank. What a refreshing change to be treated as a valued customer, something we had come to forget still existed at our previous bank. The staff are pleasant and genuinely helpful, for both business and personal account matters. Well done BOQ.

We want to pass on our feedback and thanks to Ben Rodwell who provided us with service and experience that was nothing but the best. After at least 12 months of being palmed off by various brokers, we decided to approach the banks directly. We enquired with a few banks but no one was able to top Ben's customer service.
