If you’re debating on whether ordering online from this store, please don’t. I ordered a pair of ballet slippers in May, due to sizing I returned them in June. It’s end of July right now and I still haven’t received a refund. I have emailed the store over 10 times and I have received one reply saying that they refund in batches 2 weeks ago, and still nothing. Extremely disappointed with the terrible customer service.
