The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because their web site is a little clunky but I have to say, I was incredibly impressed with their customer service. Also, the recipient of the Spa Booz Box absolutely loved her gift! There was a delay in the shipment (due to weather) and I had a few hiccups with entering necessary information on their website.
