Bought a felt hat from bootsie’s the other day. Great customer service had to pull several out of the box to find one that fit and was in the right price range. Cut 1/2 inch off the brim and reshaped it, came out great. They told me if I wanted to change anything to bring it back anytime. So glad I bought it her highly recommend this shop good products good people!!!
