Very friendly, very efficient, explained everything at every stage. Chose lots of different frames for me to have a look at, as I have difficulty walking. Answered all questions and queries that I had.
The staff came across as very polite and they made my trip to the opticians as stress free as possible
Came in yesterday and wanted to ask about getting some prescription sunglasses and one of the managers helped I think her name was Chloe and she was so polite and patient with me. She was smiling throughout the whole interaction and clearly took pride in her work. Thanks Chloe!
