The appointment was easy to book and when we arrived it was quick and easy to register we had arrived. We were seen quickly and promptly. The opticians were very thorough and my husband's was very aware of his autism/ADHD. The aftercare team who organised our glasses were fantastic; very knowledgeable and patient.
Staff were very helpful. My current contact lenses had been discontinued so was offered another brand. Decided to go for monovision as was struggling to read close up with single distant lenses in. Currently on a two week trial. Everything very well explained. Also ordered some new varivocal glasses for the first time. Staff very helpful when choosing a frame and everything explained about the lenses. Highly recommend
I had a great experience at Boots Opticians at Queensgate Centre today. Charlotte was very professional during my eye test and adjusted my prescription perfectly to suit my needs. Anita and her trainee both helped me choose the right lenses and clearly explained the different options available, including Zeiss lenses which I really appreciated.
