For the first time in a very long time I felt listened to, and everything was explained about my eye health. Having diabetes I was worried about sudden changes.
The team at boots opticians were awesome, my glasses had broken so i went in to see what could be done. I had taken out the cover on my glasses (highly recommend this). Long story short i could get a replacement pair with no problems at all, Kieran and Róisín were very helpful and informative about what suited me and everything was sorted out nice and quickly with no fuss.
I had my eyes tested last Sunday. Lorraine explained the results very clearly and made everything so easy. Emma and Keiron helped me choose my glasses and were both great.
Excellent service from the team in Boots Opticians in Newtownabbey. Jennifer, Lorraine and Kieran were very friendly, helpful and efficient.
