I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Boots Opticians in Hereford. I was given contact lenses without any guidance on how to fit them, leading to discomfort and unclear vision. After multiple visits, I discovered they had been placed in the wrong eyes due to staff error. Despite weeks of waiting, I still don’t have the correct prescription, affecting my work. Poor communication, lack of professionalism, and zero accountability. Absolutely unacceptable service!
