Because i booked contact lenses appointment to (i already use contact lenses so they have my records what i wear) and i asked to change the type of the lenses from monthly to daily and mentioned what my sight is so they had already been informed. And when i went to the appointment they had no contacts in stock and they need to be ordered( appointment took 1 minute and i was told to come back another appointment another time) I have waisted my morning and they have waisted full appointment. Not organised at all.
