When I booked my appointment I requested that the optician wear a mask as I'm medically vulnerable. Not only did the optician wear a mask but so did the staff member who did my preliminary tests (eye pressure etc). She kept checking I was OK and assured me she'd wiped all equipment just before I sat to use it and also asked if I was OK having her handle my glasses. The optician was great - kind, professional and answered all of my questions. All the staff were very kind, courteous and really helpful.
Owing to a blocked road and no diversion signs, I was late for my appointment. I rang to inform the opticians and my appointment was kept open for me. Thank you so much. I was seen quickly , by a very caring optician and arrangements were made for a further appointment.

I had a contact lense check and a glasses eye test on Friday 6th June. I had interactions with 4 members of staff all of which were courteous and friendly. The lady who performed my contact lense check was extremely good at her customer care and service. (had connections to Hastings)
