Mark and Sam have been extremely welcoming and thankful for their service. Due to work reasons, they served me before the clinic even opened and before all their staff had arrived for the day. It really helped me. Can’t fault the service and they are both a credit to Boots!
Served by Rhea today at Boots Opticians in Derby. I was choosing new glasses and she was a great help and sensitive to what I wanted. She was also able to spot that a pair I liked might be too tight at the side, even though I couldn't feel that. She was very friendly and efficient and took great care in making sure all the measurements were correct for the new spectacles and lenses.
Julie was helpful and informative about my glasses order and collection and all the staff were very kind and helpful I always go to Boots Opticians as they are very thorough and helpful thank you for everything today Danielle Tunaley I have collected my glasses today which is my second visit I was helped with fitting and measurements by Monet and Joanne Monet was assisting Joanne as she is training both ladies were very helpful and I was pleased with the results my glasses are perfect so thank you very much for all your hel... read more
I very much enjoyed my time at Boot Optitions as I was very kindly greeted by someone called Joanne Davies and made me feel very welcomed into this lovely establishment. I was then taken into a lovely designed room where my eyes got scanned professionally. And was a very enjoyable experience and would recommend it to anyone, Ps. I humbly believe Joanne Davies deserves a promotion due to her very good customer service, for example she knew my name what I had been up to that day, and was super kind!
