Millie and Lisa were absolutely amazing, they both made me feel very at home and ensured I was aware of every service on offer. Millie explained every option for lenses and helped me pick the right ones for me.
The person who dealt with us was very helpful, personable and efficient. He was sensitive to our needs and funny, he made what could have been a boring appointment into a warm and joyful experience! While we were there a staff member was dealing with a very confused older person at the next table. He was so patient and kindly clear trying to help in her confusion. Thank you for getting it right!
