Excellent service
I have a complicated prescription so it was lovely to receive such fantastic service from Lesley, who went above and beyond to get my glasses right
I felt really uncomfortable in the site, initially they were polite, I was shown a document to sign stating that Boots will share my data with companies that provide services on behalf of Boots (as well as other things). I didn't want this. The assistant came back and told me that if I do not sign then I may not be able to have my eyes tested. I signed in the end and noted on the form I am opting out.
