Went in for broken glasses, what a service! GG, Lucy and Roney couldn't have been more helpful. Glasses unfortunately were terminally broken so a new eye test and new glasses was the best outcome! The Optometrist Alice was amazing and explained everything. Son then had to choose frames, not an easy task to find a pair that fit and he likes. GG was patient and offered loads of advice and help. I was extremely pleased with my eye test at Boots. The staff were friendly, pleasant and thorough. I felt that my eyes had had every test possible and I was diagnosed with dry eyes. I had previously been to Specsavers whose testing was pretty paltry and I was given the wrong diagnoses. I shall be staying with Boots, a valuable asset, in a town where shops keep disappearing.
