I recently visited the Boots Opticians, and I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Amelia. I was having trouble because I had lost one of the nose pads on my glasses. Amelia was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went the extra mile to ensure my glasses were fixed and comfortable again. I was especially impressed that she sorted out the repair and did all the work for free. It's fantastic and generous service like this that truly makes a difference.
