I recently had a very good experience at the Bedford branch. I liked the fact that the staff were not pushy in the sale of the test options available but simply explained what they were. That was the same for the lenses options. I was pleased there was no waiting around. The appointments were quick but thorough. Jake and Cindy were great support. I am very happy with my new specs. Thank you.
