Claire and Simon are an absolute asset to this branch. Claire helped me pick out the right glasses for me, being so patient and showing me all the different designs they had to offer. Simon also called me the day before my pick up appointment and explained there was a slight delay. I rang the next day to follow up, and he looked through all the delivery to find my glasses, which is above and beyond for exceptional customer service. Shout out the the opticians also for being just as welcoming
