All staff were friendly and helpful, explained everything that was happening and the Optician was reassuring about any issues or questions I asked and was extremely knowledgeable. The lady that helped with the glasses and payment was also extremely friendly and helpful. I would have given an excellent rating had there been a toilet I could use to make my visit more comfortable, the appointment lasted a long time and I was extremely uncomfortable as I needed to use the bathroom.
I went in to Boots Opticians after winning a free pair of sunglasses glasses with Jet2, I was thinking this maybe was a scam but Claire the lovely assistant, confirmed I had won. After picking a pair of sunglasses Claire was very helpful adjusting them to ensure they fitted me and were comfortable, very helpful lovely lady.
Lovely optician, who explained everything I needed to know and was so helpful. Staff were very pleasant, helpful and patient as I dithered over glasses or was slow making my way round. This was my first visit to Barnsley, well, first time with Boots, and I was very pleased with the visit and will go back again.
All the staff was very helpful and efficient from start to finish to picking some new glasses thanks again.
