Upon arrival met by Demi who took me straight into the photos of the eye. She was very efficient & explained the processes clearly and in a way I could understand. I then had my actual eye examinations with optician Bushra. Again she was very professional & despite doing these all day she took the time to explain certain aspects of the process with a good sense of humour to put me at ease. Sasha and Libby were very useful in finding me a really good set of glasses with no appointment, finding me a style that suited me perfectly, was very high quality and inexpensive price! Will definitely be back.
