The women Ria was so dismissive and rude with my mother who is 85 and kept bombarding her with facts anf figures that were so confusing to both of us. She was so condescending and didn't re ally want to answer any questions about the hearing aids on offer. Just said look in the brochure and tutted a few times and rolled her eyes.
