My audioligyst is amazing
This review is for the firewall that Boots has put in place to prevent customers getting decent and good advice. The Web site is rubbish. Still waiting for a password reset email (multiple attempts) a week later. The call centre that everyone seems to have to pass through is just impossible. Out of consideration, I decided to cancel the appointment for my 93 year old mother who had been taken ill (ambulance is here as I write this). The demanded to speak to her 'to explain something'.
